Welcome to the Productivity Blueprint Workshop ("Workshop") operated by Hanna Kinez ("Company", "we", "our", "us").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in the Productivity Blueprint Workshop, a live online event hosted at productivityblueprint.hannakinez.com and related pages.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our services and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information resulting from your registration and participation.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy ("Agreements"). By registering for the Workshop you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements and agree to be bound by them.

The Productivity Blueprint is a live online workshop of 60 minutes duration hosted by Hanna Kinez. The Workshop is provided free of charge. A spot reservation fee of €3 is collected at the time of registration to secure your place.
The Workshop will not be recorded. No replay will be made available under any circumstances. Attendance is live only.
A non-refundable reservation fee of €3 is required to confirm your registration. This fee secures your spot in the Workshop. By paying the reservation fee you acknowledge and agree that this payment is non-refundable regardless of attendance or any other circumstance.
If you wish to register for the Workshop you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your registration including but not limited to your name, email address, and payment details.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method provided in connection with your registration; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment. By submitting your information you grant us the right to provide that information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at any time for reasons including but not limited to errors in registration, suspected fraud, or unauthorised transactions.
By registering for the Workshop you agree to receive communications related to the Workshop and future offers from Hanna Kinez. You may opt out of receiving any or all communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@tm.hannakinez.com.

The Workshop is intended only for individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old with the full authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hanna Kinez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the Workshop, including but not limited to technical failures, connection issues, or interruptions to the live event.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the reservation fee paid by you.
The Workshop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Workshop or the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its content for any particular purpose.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at the registration page. Continued use of the registration page following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
